All rates below are per person (PP) unless noted, and shown for the 2026/27 season. Resident rates apply to Kenyan citizens and residents; non-resident rates are quoted in USD.
The Loita House
A five-bedroom house, all ensuite, right on the water's edge. Book the whole house and it's yours alone — kitchen, porch, and river view included. Best for families, groups and reunions.

The Loita Main House Lounge
A quiet, cool place to unwind. The lounge sits along the corridor serving the house's five single self-contained units, close to the kitchen — a shared space for anyone staying at Loita House. Sometimes you don't need an itinerary. Just a comfortable chair, a good book, a drink, and a cool breeze.

Booking & stay policies
Booking
- Reserve via WhatsApp, phone, email, or direct booking
- A 50% deposit secures your reservation
- Full payment due 7 days before arrival
- Bookings within 7 days require full payment upfront
Payment
- Bank transfer, M-Pesa, or cash deposit accepted
- Transfer or transaction charges are borne by the guest
- Invoices settled in the agreed currency
Cancellation
- 30+ days before arrival — full refund, less admin fee
- 14–29 days — 30% cancellation fee
- 3–13 days — 50% cancellation fee
- Within 48 hours or no-show — full charge
Children
- Under 5, sharing with adults — complimentary
- 5–9 years — 50% of the adult rate
- Above 12 years — full adult rate
